Justin Carpenter contacted the District to perform an Eagle Scout fire hydrant painting project.  The District supplied Justin with the mapped hydrant locations, paint and supplies to complete the project.

Justin and his group of volunteers painted over 150 fire hydrants within the District’s phase 4 meter sections.  Thank you and congratulations to Justin for a job well done.
