1 inch connections on less than 0.5 acres (SF11) started
July of 2007.The installation will be completed by section
and there are a total of twelve sections (see section
map).Two
sections will be completed per year with a final completion
date of 2012-2013.The twelve sections were ranked from the least
difficult to the most difficult to install.Sections were also broken up within each Director's
division boundaries (1-5).Each year two different divisions will have
a meter installation project.Listed below is the schedule for meter installation:

year prior to the transition to metered billing. Transition
