Instructions for taking a water sample
| 1. |
Unscrew the top
off the bottle. |

| 2. |
Do not touch the
top of the bottle or the faucet aerator (where the water
comes out of the faucet) with your fingers. |

| 3. |
Fill the bottle
with cold tap water. |
|
|
| 4. |
Replace
the top on the bottle (being careful not to touch the
top of the bottle with your fingers). |
|
|
