The purpose of these Construction Improvement Standards is to provide minimum standards to guide the design and construction of water system improvements within Carmichael Water District (District) that are to be dedicated to the public and accepted by the District for maintenance or operation. These Construction Improvement Standards shall apply to regulate and guide the construction of water supply facilities and related public improvements within the jurisdiction of the District.
